- Bamboobini baby clothes and accessories - Discovered through Lunapads (BTW, I am loving that all my Lunapads stuff is in storage). This stuff looks so lovely and soft I can't wait to get my hot little hands on some.
- Happy Tushies - Also discovered through Lunapads. How much would I have to spend on those fantastic-looking $20 cloth diapers to last a week?
- One Hot Mama nursing and maternity - I've known about this site for more than 10 years because the husband made an awesome movie called The Godson which no one has seen. This site introduced me to the concept of attachment parenting and I was sold immediately.
- Earth Mama Angel Baby - I got a sample of one of their teas from the Health Dept, which was weird because everything else they give or tell or demand of me is really, really mainstream.
- The Liedloff Continuum Network - Despite the obnoxiousness of Away We Go's critique, this "new" method of child-rearing is totally valid and, yes, is not new, or foreign to other cultures.
- The Farm Midwifery Center - I visited this place and it is wonderful and I'd love to have my baby there but they don't take Medicaid, so we'll see.
- Rhode Island Birth Network - These are my other options. Note the suspiciously-categorized and apparently mutually-exclusive "mother-friendly" and "baby-friendly" options.
